SELA manufactures automated SEM and TEM sample-preparation equipment. The company's proprietary microcleaving technology enables fast, dry, clean, and artifact-free sample preparation from full or partial wafers. The fully automated MC600 offers 0.5-µm accuracy in 9 minutes. The TEMpro automatically produces a 25-µm-thin TEM sample in 15 minutes. The thinned specimen is automatically packaged for subsequent FIB processing and TEM.
