HP Plastics manufactures front-end semiconductor manufacturing components using the most advanced high-purity materials and manufacturing techniques. Cleanroom molding combined with proprietary processing technology produces wafer-handling components of very high purity. Products include a 300-mm process wafer carrier with an ultralow profile. This carrier has 52-wafer capacity yet has less than one-third the material volume of traditional process cassette carriers.
