NorCom Systems manufactures optical leak-test systems for hermetically sealed electronic packages. These systems test for fine and gross leaks simultaneously and reveal leaking packages. The NorCom 2020 provides direct measurement in cm3-atm/sec helium. The systems can test MEMS, hybrids, crystal oscillators, and optoelectronics. The patented technology meets MIL-STD-883 and is CE marked.
